3. How do I know the status of my request?
There are 3 status. Status will be changed based on the progress of the service raised/received.
a. In-Progress - waiting to assign available Rytefix professional.
b. Service Accepted - Service is assigned and professional is ready to do the service on booked slot.
c. Invoice Generated - Service is completed by the Rytefix beautician and invoice is generated.
d. Completed - Service is closed by the customer.
4. How to redeem wallet balance ?
Wallet balance can be redeemed to pay any of the services booked in Rytefix. You can use this credit and pay only the balance when service is completed for clarification and confirmation , contact Rytefix 7358711554 .

6. How to maintain the hair after Hair Striaghtening / Smoothening service ?
*Shampoo,Conditioner & serum needs to be used as per beautician suggested.Strictly no local product shampoo and conditioners
*Avoid hot water at all times as it will strip your tresses of moisture.
*Should not use henna. Henna will make hair dry.
*Do not tie your hair or put it behind your ears. as beautician instructed.
*While sleeping, ensure your hair is straight.
*Avoid use of any heating tools. If you have to blow dry, then go on the cool blast mode.
*Do not tie up your hair, or use hair pins, because they will leave a corrugated mark that is difficult to straighten back.
*Hairspa needs to be taken to maintain hair straight and soft.
